For all your Brits out there - you'll know the deal with bipolar dressing. One minute the weathers hot, the next it's cold, and - after twenty one years of living in this country I feel like I've finally mastered the art of this dressing-for-all-seasons thing. Recognise this shearling number? It' was a favourite of mine last winter, but has been patiently hiding in my old closet for a while now. I opened the wardrobe, there he was, and we ran all slow motion and just fell into eachother. Happily every after etc etc. Of course, what's cold one minute is going to be boiling the next, so I decided to pair it with my PJ-like shorts from Ark and my new lightweight top from Rag & Bone - which by the way, is not going to leave my back for a very, very long time..
FASHION WEEK flu is something that's supposed to happen after the calamity that is LFW - not the evening before. So it's goodbye to the Tom Ford show, cya to the afterparties and a big fat hello to supernoodles and my four bedroom walls. Tomorrow I'll be dragging myself out of bed and (hopefully) putting on something other than my pyjamas so that I can attend the KTZ and OSMAN show with Tigi, followed by a big fat catch up with a few old friends and then another meeting with my greatest friend of all - le bed.
This outfit was from a few days ago before my body decided to infect itself, and it features my new favourite jacket (don't I say that every time?) from Glassworks. It reminds me so much of the Acne jacket I've been dying over for years, just without the hefty price tag.
