Flash Back Friday on a Saturday

Flash Back Friday
Flash Back Friday Outfit

Having my annual Macbook clear up and came across these pictures from a few months ago! I like to think of this sort of thing as my go-to outfit whenever I'm stuck for what to wear. And the best bit? I picked this coat up for a fiver. Oh yes.

Next tweed coat (last season but similar here)
H&M cami top (last year but also here)
Blank NYC leather trousers (budget version here)
Boutique 9 heels (sold out but cheaper here)
3.1 Phillip Lim clutch (another budget option here)

A halloween inspired outfit

Happy Halloween! Today I'm dressing up as...a leopard. Well, I'm rocking the leo trousers at least. I've had an obsession with animal print since my younger years, but there's only so much I can wear until I go full Pat Butcher - however I've had my eye on these AX trousers for a while now. I feel like the only way for me to look remotely like myself is to of course pair them with all black errythang, but I'd love to know how you'd style them. Maybe some leo flats with a leo top and some pointy ears? Trick or treeeeeat!

Leather jacket from Warehouse (also here)
Black cami top from H&M (one here too!)
Leopard trousers from AX Paris
Max Thea trainers from Nike (available here)

Sure, 90% of my wardrobe is pretty typical for a blogger, but today I've decided to throw all of my blogger must-haves together - for #thelolz. As always I'm wearing my infamous Warehouse jacket (I will never get bored of it) mixed with a breton stripe tee and my sky high heels that hurt like hell, but I love them anyway. I've also ventured away from black skinny jeans for once - note the acid wash? This is big news for me people. I'm considering shredding the hell out of them soon, just to make them that more generic-blogger because why the hell not. And the Celine trio bag? It's still very much out of reach, but this Forever 21 variation is doing the job lately. How to dress like a blogger in five simple steps = done.

Leather jacket from Warehouse (now over half price!)
Breton stripe tee from Hearts & Crosses (similar here)
Boyfriend jeans from Abercrombie & Fitch (cheaper option here)
Leather stilettos from Boutique 9 (budget version here)
Celine style bag from Forever 21 (real deal here)

Ever get those days when everything you put on is just one big nope? Recently I've been feeling more fashi-off than fashi-on and as a result I've been making some pretty intense faux pas as far as I'm concerned. So far this month I've worn a dress (three times), sported socks and sandals (and enjoyed it) and openly worn a fake designer sweater (albeit saving myself from living off pasta) without hesitation. I never really look at my own blog posts once I've posted them, but sometimes its good - and horrifically embarassing - to see how you've changed over time. And you know what? Sometimes change isn't always a good thing. Sometimes it's good to just stick with what you know and refuse to step outside of the box. My box consists of a leather jacket, a white shirt and some chunky shoes - what about yours?
